Trademarks

POLARIS PROFILE™ and the mark comprising the four Polaris color names — Driving Red, Optimistic Yellow, Reflective Green, Analytical Blue™ — are trademarks of Polaris Profile, with applications filed at the UK Intellectual Property Office in Classes 35, 41, and 42. All rights are reserved worldwide.

No permission is granted to use these marks, the Polaris name, logo, star device, or character names in any product, service, marketing, domain name, or social media identity without our prior written consent.

Copyright

All content on polarisprofile.com and in every Polaris Profile — including the questionnaire, profile text and structure, type code system, scoring and banding methodology, character illustrations, and website design and copy — is © Polaris Profile. All rights reserved.

Your purchase of a profile grants you a personal license to use your own profile, as set out in our Terms and Conditions. It does not transfer any intellectual property to you.

What you may do

• Share your own profile with colleagues, your manager, or your team.
• Quote short extracts from your own profile with attribution to Polaris Profile.
• Link to any page of polarisprofile.com.

What you may not do

• Reproduce, scrape, or republish the questionnaire, profile content, or methodology.
• Use Polaris content or output to build, train, or improve a competing profiling product.
• Use our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

Third-party marks

Any third-party product names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Polaris Profile is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other profiling or assessment provider.
